March 20, 2009...eleven years and counting. we have been together since 10th grade and not just dating casually. we knew early on. we were a match, a team...two peas in a pod. I remember when Nick & Jessica had their show, sure they were hot, but you want entertainment...follow us around...now thats a luagh. we are genuinely happy. its easy with us. if it works we go with it if it doesnt we dont. sure there is a lot of compromise and there are fights peppered in over the years, but i cant always get my way can i??? sometimes i think so.
so to my dear husband i say thank you. thank you for the past eleven (really seventeen) years of trials and tribulations, knowing when to hold your ground and when to give in. and thank you for never giving up when it would have been all to easy to. for that i am truly greatful. i think to the future with an optimism like no other, i am excited at all of the laughs and the memories we have yet to make. as i watch our family grow i am more and more proud of what we have accomplished. far more meaningful and worthy of an job or promotion....our family.
